Before waterproofing

We assess the substrate, corners, drain, slope and pipe penetrations before agreeing the system and scope.

Watertight layer

Membrane, collars and accessories must form a suitable system. Product installation instructions and required documentation are clarified before work starts.

Before tiling

The surface and details are checked before further work. The photographs show work stages and are not a completed wet-room inspection.

What affects the price?

Area, substrate, corners, drain and penetrations affect the time required. Materials, travel and parking are clarified in the quotation.

Official requirements

TEK17 section 13-15 requires a suitable watertight layer in wet zones and penetrations that do not weaken its watertightness. Read the guidance from the Norwegian Building Authority
