Inspect before applying paint

Loose paint and dirt must be addressed before a new coat. We assess adhesion and visible damage and clarify washing, scraping and primer. Rot or moisture problems need repair before surface finishing.

Make access part of the scope

Tell us the building height, terrain and obstacles around the house. Any scaffolding or lift requirements and who arranges them belong in the agreed scope. Plants, windows and nearby surfaces are protected as agreed.

Weather shapes the schedule

Temperature, moisture and rain must suit the selected product. Manufacturer requirements for the substrate and drying time guide the work. An agreed time window is more realistic than an unconditional outdoor painting date.

A few useful answers.

Can you paint in the rain?

Painting a wet surface or in unsuitable weather can compromise the finish. Work must follow product requirements and may need rescheduling.

Is rot repair included?

Not automatically. Damage and necessary repairs must be assessed and agreed separately before painting.
