About the service
These terms govern use of malerer.no, its contact forms, user accounts and public professional directory. By creating an account or submitting content, you accept these terms.
Painting work
Ruslan Bilohash offers painting services. A job, its scope, materials, timing and price become binding only after the parties agree them directly and in writing.
Independent professionals
Other professionals and businesses in the directory are independent providers. They are responsible for their profile, quotations, agreements, work, insurance, taxes and legal duties. malerer.no is not a party to their agreements.
Job listings
A job listing must describe a genuine need and must not include contact details, an exact home address, sensitive information or illegal content. Listings are reviewed before publication and may be rejected or removed. Responses are routed through malerer.no; the parties make any agreement directly.
Average hourly rates
The hourly rate in a professional profile is entered by that professional. The average is calculated automatically from published rates in the relevant selection and is indicative only. Before ordering, the client must confirm the final price, VAT, materials, travel and other terms directly with the professional.
Account and accurate details
You must use an email address you control, protect your password and provide accurate, current details. Accounts may be suspended for misuse, false information or a breach of these terms.
Publishing and review
Professional profiles are reviewed before publication. A Central Coordinating Register lookup confirms registered business details, but does not guarantee identity, skill, finances or work quality. We may edit language, reject or remove a profile.
Images and content
You must own uploaded content or have permission to use it. You grant malerer.no a non-exclusive right to display profile content while the profile is published. Illegal, misleading or abusive content is prohibited.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the website available and accurate, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or complete information at all times. Confirm important details directly with the relevant professional.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated when the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Questions can be sent to rbilohash@gmail.com.
